Dance With Me Social Dance Studio of Long
Island

Due to the great success and increasing demand of this course, we
have restructured the program. The class will now run as a continuous program as
opposed to 6 week sessions.
This course is designed to help you lose weight, tone muscles, and get
in the best physical shape of your life through Latin dancing. Dancing is a
great way to stay in shape, and have fun doing it. You learn such dances
as the Cha-Cha, Samba, Salsa, and needless to say Jive. Dancing has
proven to be a great form of exercise for all those who participated on
“Dancing
With the Stars,” and to dancers throughout the world.
